Giraffe

The giraffe is the tallest land animal in the world, with an average height of 5.5 meters. Its long neck allows it to eat leaves from tall trees, especially acacia trees. Despite its height, the giraffe has only seven cervical vertebrae, like most mammals, but much longer. Giraffes live in groups, called "towers", and are peaceful. They can reach speeds of up to 60 km/h to escape predators. Their unique spot pattern serves as camouflage and makes each giraffe unique, comparable to a human fingerprint.
